Refund Policy

The Care Project Foundation (TCPF) is grateful for your generous donation and support of our organisation. TCPF considers all donations to be non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, within thirty (30) days of the donation date, and returned via the original method of payment. All refund requests must be submitted in writing, and will be assessed for validity by the TCPF team within thirty (30) days after receipt of the request.

Exceptional circumstances in which a refund of a donation may be actioned may include:

• A donation has been made in error, or a donation has been made of an incorrect/unintended amount;
• An administrative error, such as a duplicate charge, has occurred; or
• The donation was not authorised by the donor or cardholder.
